Build authority and attract right-fit clients — fast.
Discover exactly who you’re meant to serve to build a focused, enjoyable, and referable business in weeks, not years.
Conventional marketing gets you in front of more people.
Niching gets you in front of the right people.
Having a full book of business is great, but if they’re not the right clients, it’s a fast track to overwhelm.
You’re spreading yourself thin trying to help everyone solve every problem.
And you’re quickly finding out that being a generalist is exhausting.
Instead of giving you freedom, your business is completely draining you.
“But wait — won’t I limit my growth if I narrow down?”
Most advisors resist niching because it feels like saying no to clients.
That instinct makes sense if you think about marketing the traditional way: Cast a wide net, hope the right people find you, and work the numbers.
But that model requires volume. Serious volume. We’re talking a thousand names just to close a handful of clients.
And then you have to do it all over again the next month.
The Niche Funnel™ flips that model.
Start narrow, and speak directly to a specific group of people with a specific need.
Because your message actually resonates, more of them move forward. Then they refer others just like them.
Instead of feeding a funnel that narrows, you build momentum that expands.
By niching, you’re giving your business a direction that compounds.
That’s the opposite of limiting.
That’s leverage.
“I found I was at a place where my business was completely draining me — going home exhausted and dreading the next day. Natalie helped me figure out where I do my best work and gave me permission to build the business I actually wanted. Things have snowballed from there.”
— Greg Keith, Financial Advisor
Introducing The Niche Funnel™
My proven 3-step process to build the business that compounds.
In three focused Sprints, I help you discover your purpose-driven niche and understand how to take it to market.
Niche Sprint
Define who you’re best positioned to serve.
Brand Sprint
Define what you want to be known for.
Marketing Sprint
Define a system to engage your niche audience.
Each Sprint is a focused strategy engagement that helps you answer the questions shaping your business:
Who do I want to serve?
What do I want to be known for?
Where can I do my best work?
By the end, you’ll have the direction and the confidence to build the business you’ve wanted all along.
01: The Niche Sprint
Get clear on who you do your best work for.
Most advisors jump straight to marketing tactics without first defining a specific audience.
That’s why their efforts feel scattered and ineffective.
The Niche Sprint helps you find the sweet spot between what you’re great at, what people need, and what they’ll pay for — then turn it into something you want to be known for.
The result is a business that’s easier to talk about, easier to refer, and a lot more meaningful to run.
By the end of the Niche Sprint, you'll have:
A deeper understanding of your purpose in this business
A clearly defined niche grounded in strategic fit, client patterns, and commercial viability
Greater confidence in explaining who you serve, why, and where you create the most value
Your Niche Strategy Playbook
02: The Brand Sprint
Turn your focus into a plan that’s easy to stick to.
You know you’re not like every other advisor. But if your messaging sounds like everyone else’s, your ideal clients have no way of knowing that.
The Brand Sprint turns your niche clarity into messaging that makes you the obvious choice for the right people.
We’ll articulate your perspective and develop a language framework that helps ideal clients immediately understand what makes you different and why this matters to them.
By the end of the Brand Sprint, you'll have:
Clear positioning
Messaging that differentiates you
Language clients can easily understand and repeat
Your Authority Messaging Playbook
03: The Marketing Sprint
Turn your focus into a plan that’s easy to stick to.
Once you know exactly who you serve and what you want to be known for, marketing becomes a whole lot simpler.
In The Marketing Sprint, we’ll build a focused plan around your strengths, energy, and goals.
You’ll know exactly where to spend your time and what you can finally stop chasing.
By the end of the Marketing Sprint, you'll have:
The most practical ways to bring your new positioning to market
Your top visibility channels that fit your business and reach your niche
A plan for what to focus on and how your market-facing efforts create credibility and momentum together over the next 90 days
Your Authority Growth Playbook
What happens when you stop trying to be the advisor for everyone?
How you make decisions, how you talk about your work, and who shows up in your inbox all start to get easier.
Instead of wondering what to post or how to stand out, you’ll have a filter for nearly every decision in your business:
Is this for my ideal client, or not?
With The Niche Funnel™, you'll:
Attract more of the clients you do your best work with.
Picture your calendar full of client calls you’re excited to take.
Become known for something specific.
When your position is clear, people stop seeing you as another capable advisor and start knowing when, and why, to refer you.
Stop second-guessing your messaging.
Know exactly who you’re speaking to and watch your marketing get easier because of it.
Make marketing feel simpler.
Instead of trying every tactic, you’ll know where to focus your time and energy.
Feel more confident in the business you're building.
Because it finally reflects who you are and the work you want to do.
Each Sprint is designed to move you from uncertainty to clarity in just a few focused steps.
Step 1 — Pre-Session Assessment
Before we meet, you’ll complete a focused pre-session assessment that helps me understand your business, goals, and the challenges you’ve been wrestling with.
Step 2 — Strategy Session
Next, we’ll meet to pressure-test ideas, challenge assumptions, and examine the patterns in your experience and client work. I’ll ask you plenty of questions, but I’ll also come prepared with ideas of my own ready to pitch.
Step 3 — Plan Creation
After our session, I’ll create your personalized Playbook. It captures every key decision, recommendation, and next step that should guide your work moving forward.
Step 4 — Debrief Session
We’ll meet to walk through your Playbook, refine anything that needs refining, answer your questions, and make sure you understand both the recommendations and the reasoning behind them.
This process is repeated for each Sprint.
“Natalie first got to know who I was before telling me who I was, and she helped me get insights I couldn’t see myself. She didn’t just leave me with that information, she helped me actually implement it.”
— Charissa Keech, Financial Advisor

— Nathan Parkhouse, Financial Advisor/Consultant
This is for you if…
You see patterns in your work with clients.
You know which clients bring out your best thinking and which ones drain you.
You’re done building for volume.
You want a business shaped around fit: the right clients, the right problems, and work worth building a reputation around.
You have a specialty, you just haven’t named it yet.
You want language that makes your value easier to understand, refer, and choose.
You’re willing to make uncomfortable decisions.
You’re done keeping every door open and describing yourself in ways that could apply to ten other advisors.
Hi there, I'm Natalie.
I’ve spent the last 15 years helping financial advisors who are great at what they do, but who haven’t yet had the space or the right questions to be able to clearly articulate what makes them different.
Most advisors I work with today have already tried all the marketing tactics. Some of them worked, but not as well as they should have.
That’s usually a signal that the foundation needs work before the tactics will stick.
When you’re clear about who you serve and what you want to be known for, marketing stops feeling like a performance and starts feeling like a natural extension of how you work. Once your purpose is clear and your foundation is strong, the right clients recognize themselves in your message.
This is what each Sprint inside The Niche Funnel™ is designed to do.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you’ve been in the business for at least five years, worked with a range of clients, and you’re more concerned about the quality of your clients than the quantity — you’re ready. You’ll have enough experience for us to uncover where you genuinely do your best work and who you’re best positioned to serve.
Each Sprint concludes with a personalized Playbook that captures your strategy, key decisions, and recommended next steps. Each Playbook is a practical tool you can hand directly to copywriters, designers, web developers, and other partners — or use on your own to guide content, conversations, referrals, and business decisions going forward.
The Sprints are designed as one connected engagement because each decision strengthens the next: your niche shapes your positioning, and your positioning shapes how you should market.
The complete Niche Funnel™ is $9,500 USD.
Standalone Sprints are available selectively for advisors who have already completed the preceding strategic work and can clearly demonstrate that the necessary foundation is in place. Standalone engagements begin at $4,000 USD.
Many of the advisors I work with come in with a niche already in mind, but they’re not seeing the momentum yet. Sometimes it’s a problem with the niche itself, other times it’s a problem with how you’re positioning yourself for the niche. Either way, clients who arrive with an existing niche consistently say they leave with far more clarity and confidence than they had coming in.
For advisors who have already confidently niched, I occasionally offer a customized Sprint focused on a specific positioning or authority-building decision. These engagements are offered selectively. Before recommending one, I’ll first determine whether the foundational decisions are genuinely resolved or whether the full Niche Funnel™ would produce a stronger result.
Each Sprint inside The Niche Funnel™ is intentionally strategic. Most advisors I work with have already tried the implementation side — a new website, LinkedIn, content calendars — without the positioning underneath it to make any of it land. The Sprints give you the strategic foundation so the work you invest in afterward reinforces a clear position instead of adding more disconnected activity.
You can — and many of my clients eventually do for execution. The difference is that most agencies need you to tell them who you are, who you serve, and what makes you different. If you can’t answer those questions clearly, the agency is building on shaky ground. The Sprints give you that foundation first, so when you do hire an agency, a copywriter, or a designer, they are no longer being asked to invent your direction. They are working from a clear position and a Playbook that reflects the business you are actually trying to build.
Especially if most of your business comes from referrals. The best referrals happen when the people sending them can clearly describe who you help and what makes you different. If your referral sources can’t articulate that in a sentence or two, you’re relying on goodwill alone. The Sprints give both you and the people who refer you specific, repeatable language that makes it easy to say exactly who you’re the right fit for.
Each Sprint takes a minimum of two weeks from start to finish. The full three-Sprint program can be completed in as little as six weeks, though the pace depends on your schedule and how quickly you want to move. Once we set the pace, the process is concentrated and manageable. You will need to come prepared to examine assumptions, make choices, and commit to a direction, but you will not be left to organize the strategy on your own.
The Sprints give you the strategic foundation: your niche, your messaging, and your authority-growth plan. But the value comes from applying that strategy consistently. Some clients implement the Playbooks with their existing team. Others continue working with Natalie for ongoing strategic stewardship as their position moves into the market.
You likely already know why the concept of niching works in theory. Working with me applies that theory specifically to your business and your purpose as an advisor. Most advisors are too close to their own work to see what’s obvious to everyone else, which is exactly where I come in.
Yes, though the engagement looks a little different. Reach out directly and we can talk through what makes sense for your organization.
One good decision changes everything.
When you’re clear about who you serve and what you want to be known for, every other business decision gets easier.
You know which opportunities to pursue and which ones to pass on. You know how to talk about your work in discovery calls without feeling salesy. You know what kind of content to create. You know who you don’t want to work with.
As one client put it after working with me, “All the pieces started to come together.”
That’s what clarity does. It changes the way you run your business.
